Senior Katie Pursley was awarded Bulldog Player of the Game in the team's 5-2 victory over St. John's Prep. Katie has been a solid defender all year and applies tight pressure in the back. Katie is able to use her speed to run down attacks up the field and is able to start our offense in the back. # 3 is always looking to dribble out of the back and start our counter attack. She did just that as she had an assist in the game. We havent met a forward that Pursley can't beat in a foot race yet.
The JV Team Bulldog player of the game was awarded to Sidney Westin. The Bulldogs won 2-0 against St. John’s and Sidney’s saves helped with the shut out. Sidney made and has made many saves for the bulldogs this season so far! We are lucky to have Sidney’s speed in our back defensive line. She definitely plays a big role as our center defense and helps our team out a lot. Keep up the hard work Sidney!
